Notices of Infringement and Takedown by Delicious Wales Ltd

Pricing

All prices are in £ sterling and may be subject to change without notice, and do not include postage and packaging, which will be calculated on purchase.

Order information

Please ensure that all the information supplied, including postcodes, is correct. Delicious Wales Ltd reserves the right to charge increased delivery charges, where incorrect information has been submitted, and as a result surcharges are incurred by Delicious Wales Ltd.

Delivery and payment

Delicious Wales Ltd aims to deliver your goods within 4 working days. The title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full, and funds cleared through our bank. Delicious Wales Ltd cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods.

Faulty goods / Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped to you. Please notify Delicious Wales Ltd upon receipt of the goods if any of the products delivered are out of condition within 24 hours. All such goods must be returned to Delicious Wales Ltd in the state in which they were received. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned goods must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. No refund will be considered, where failure to deliver the goods, was due to incorrect information being submitted on the original order.
